🏨 A premium local guest house is expanding its hospitality team and is recruiting dedicated professionals for four key operational positions to deliver an exceptional guest experience. These critical roles directly drive the establishment's daily success by ensuring delicious meals, spotless accommodations, seamless check-ins, and top-tier security for all visitors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
🍳 For the Cook: Prepare, season, and serve delicious, hygienic meals promptly according to guest orders and menu guidelines.
🧹 For the Cleaner: Execute meticulous daily room styling, deep clean bathrooms, and maintain pristine public lounges and walkways.
🛎️ For the 2 Receptionists: Welcome arriving guests warmly, manage room bookings smoothly, and accurately handle billing transactions.
🛡️ For the Security Man: Patrol the guest house perimeter vigilantly, monitor entry points, and safeguard guests and property overnight.
📈 Maintain strong team communication daily to ensure guest requests are resolved quickly and professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
🍳 Proven experience in commercial cooking, catering, or domestic food service with excellent hygiene standards.
🧹 Strong physical stamina and a keen eye for detail to handle deep cleaning and maintain strict hospitality cleanliness.
💻 Basic computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills in English and French for the reception desks.
💪 High level of physical fitness, mental alertness, and an outstanding sense of responsibility for the security post.
🙋 Exceptional personal integrity, reliability, and a polite, helpful attitude toward handling diverse travelers.
