This high-energy field role directly maximizes our retail operations by ensuring continuous hardware uptime, rapid network troubleshooting, and flawless system connectivity across key urban hubs.
Key Responsibilities
🔌 Install, configure, and maintain commercial sports betting terminals and digital gaming kiosks securely.
🛠️ Troubleshoot and repair essential shop equipment including thermal printers, display screens, internet routers, CCTV security systems, and UPS backup devices.
🏍️ Travel swiftly across assigned retail sectors using a motorcycle to resolve urgent hardware and technical emergencies.
📊 Monitor equipment status continuously to eliminate system downtime and maintain peak terminal functionality.
🔧 Utilize personal diagnostic equipment and multimeters efficiently to isolate and resolve electrical faults safely.
Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Minimum qualification of a Bac+2 technical diploma or equivalent certification in Electronics, IT, or Telecommunications.
💼 Entry-level bracket accommodating 0 to 2 years of professional hardware maintenance or network support experience.
🛵 Valid ability to ride a motorcycle safely combined with total readiness to manage rigorous daily outdoor field assignments.
🧰 Ownership of standard personal technical hand tools along with a functioning digital multimeter for voltage tracking.
