📝 Develop robust lesson plans, assess student assignments, and prepare learners thoroughly for national technical examinations.
🏫 Manage classroom discipline effectively during the intensive Monday and Wednesday teaching blocks to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
📊 Evaluate student academic performance continuously and collaborate with school administration to optimize the 18-period weekly teaching load.
Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Advanced degree, technical diploma, or professional teacher training certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a closely related technical field.
🧠 Solid mastery of foundational engineering subjects including Applied Mechanics, Technical Drawing, and topographic Surveying.
💼 Proven teaching experience at both the First and Second Cycle levels within the technical education subsystem.
