Key Responsibilities
🧹 Clean, prepare, and systematically maintain farm plots to optimize overall cultivation space and field efficiency.
🌾 Execute daily weeding, soil tilling, and strategic planting of diverse seed crops according to farm timelines.
💧 Manage essential crop watering and irrigation routines to secure strong, healthy plant growth throughout the season.
🌿 Apply proper crop maintenance and plant protection techniques to prevent pest infestations and maximize quality.
🌱 Carry out sensitive plant nursery work, including soil potting, seed nurturing, and careful seedling transplantation.
Requirements & Qualifications
💪 Outstanding level of physical fitness, stamina, and agility required to comfortably perform strenuous outdoor farm labor.
🙋 Exceptional personal seriousness, dynamic energy, and absolute punctuality for early morning field routines.
🚜 Previous practical experience in agriculture, crop care, or general farming operations is considered a great hiring advantage.
